INTERIM FUNDRAISERS & SENIOR MANAGERS
We support clients to maintain momentum in their fundraising programmes while they have gaps in staffing. We provide an experienced fundraiser or manager, usually for one to three days a week, for an agreed period of time, depending on requirements.
Whizz-Kidz is a national charity supporting young disabled people all over the UK, providing them with essential mobility equipment including wheelchairs. The charity also provides added value services like youth groups, wheelchairs skills training, residential camps and work placements. Whizz-Kidz were looking for support as they had a gap in an important part of their fundraising team – the Head of Trusts, Statutory and Lottery Fundraising position was going to be vacant for several months. Following a competitive process, our consultant, James Bramble, was appointed to manage the team and maintain momentum with key funder relationships.
Whizz-Kidz needed support with our Trust, Statutory and Lottery fundraising and James very quickly took control to ensure we kept a steady flow of quality proposals going out. He played a key role in developing our funding from some of our biggest supporters, including most importantly the Big Lottery Fund.
