With its history of working with charitable organisations, it is no surprise that KEDA Consulting places its role as a responsible business at the heart of its culture. In addition to the services we provide to charities as part of our core business activities, which have seen over £17 million raised, we are committed to taking a proactive approach to our social responsibility.

We support a range of very worthwhile causes in North East England, UK-wide and in developing countries, through financial support and volunteering. We also support a range of business and charity infrastructure organisations as members.
KEDA Consulting is an accredited Living Wage Employer and is committed to paying everyone a living wage which reflects the real cost of living, regardless of whether they are direct employees or third-party contracted staff.

Our staff are encouraged and supported in their community engagement, either outside work, or through the provision of time during their working day. The directors lead by example with Alex providing mentoring support to developing charity fundraisers and holding trustee roles at LD: North East and Future Builders Uganda; while Keith is an active school governor with the Laidlaw Trust and SEND Enterprise Advisor.

KEDA Consulting aims to minimise its impact on the environment by reducing travel pollution and minimising waste production as well as making positive buying decisions, for example buying recycled and/or ethically sourced goods as much as possible.
