Do you need to learn how to develop an effective fundraising strategy for your small charity?
We will introduce you to each step of our process so that you can develop your own fundraising strategy. We will cover how to undertake an internal and external review of the current situation for your charity, before exploring each of the fundraising income streams to assess the potential opportunity for your charity. After this session, you will have a better understanding of how to develop the full detail of the strategy to produce a set of recommendations, actions and forecasts for your charity.
The session will be delivered by Alex Blake, KEDA Consulting’s founding director. Alex has been responsible for raising around £30 million for a diverse range of charities, developing successful fundraising strategies and transforming previously under performing income streams. Alex has also acted as an advisor for charity chief executives and boards, provided the administration of a grant-making trust and is a trustee at LD: North East and Future Builders Uganda.
