Your next steps…

If this sounds like your kind of position, then you’re our kind of fundraiser!

If you’re ready to step forward and work with our clients to transform thousands of people’s lives, then apply now.

Before coming to KEDA Consulting, I had worked directly for charities in fundraising roles for over five years leading in regional fundraising across the income streams. I had progressed as far as I could in the charity at a regional level and was seeking a new challenge without relocating. I was quite nervous about the transition to a consultancy role, my main concern was that I wouldn’t feel quite as much a part of the charity sector, but I couldn’t have been more wrong.

I have been in my role for almost a year now and I particularly enjoy the diversity of the clients I work with; meeting new people, supporting new causes and challenging my skills: I am more involved with the charity sector than ever before. I have learned so much about different charities across the country and I love that I am able to get involved and support them to increase their income. A particular highlight most recently has been securing a six-figure grant for a fantastic charity – my first of this size at KEDA.

It is great to be part of a small, growing team that is open to new ideas. In my short time here, we have introduced a new marketing strategy, recruited new team members, began a monthly e-newsletter, began working with loads of new charities and sponsored fundraising events. There is plenty to get involved with, take the lead on and a great opportunity to shape the company.

The ethos in the office is great, Alex and Keith really champion personal development, employee wellbeing and flexible working. As an employee, you will really feel valued. We are all hardworking but have great banter too, and with celebratory ‘Prosecco Fridays’, regular socials and lunches out – KEDA is a really fun place to be.

Looking to the future, there are many things that I am looking forward to. We’re working on me speaking at more fundraising conventions, I’ve been supported to recently start my first Trusteeship role, I have some really exiting client work on the horizon and we are looking to move to a new office in the near future – there is so much going on!”
