We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it fully protects your rights and complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018, the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. 6.5 KEDA Consulting does not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):
6.5.1 Where personal data about a client (or a provider of services to KEDA Consulting) has been obtained in order to deliver paid-for services, this may be retained for a period of up to seven years following the end of the relevant contract;
6.5.2 Personal data in respect of third parties, obtained in the course of delivery of our services shall be retained for up to three years;
6.5.3 All other personal data shall be retained for up to three years from the date on which the purpose(s) for which it was obtained cease to apply.
7. How and Where Does KEDA Consulting Store Your Data?
7.1 KEDA Consulting only keeps your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as KEDA Consulting has your permission to keep it.
7.2 Some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).
