We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it fully protects your rights and complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018, the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. 6.5.1 Where personal data about a client (or a provider of services to KEDA Consulting) has been obtained in order to deliver paid-for services, this may be retained for a period of up to seven years following the end of the relevant contract;

6.5.2 Personal data in respect of third parties, obtained in the course of delivery of our services shall be retained for up to three years;

6.5.3 All other personal data shall be retained for up to three years from the date on which the purpose(s) for which it was obtained cease to apply.

7. How and Where Does KEDA Consulting Store Your Data?

7.1 KEDA Consulting only keeps your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as KEDA Consulting has your permission to keep it.
